If I can remember the most beautiful city I have ever visited, it is Bruges in Belgium. It is rightly said that Bruges is known as the Venice of the North, a must-see for travelers around the world. Beautiful canals, wonderful cultural attractions, historic places, great shopping areas, and unparalleled nightlife attract visitors from all over the world. It is the capital of the province of West Flanders in Belgium. I forgot to mention Belgium Chocolates. Don’t miss out on many Belgian chocolates from this lively city.

Attractions in Bruges

While in Bruges, visit the historic centers of the city. Historic centers of this charming city are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Don’t miss to visit the 13th-century belfry, Bruges’ most famous and popular monument. I can say that the best way to explore this beautiful city is by walking, as the city center is not that big and most of the tourist attractions are nearby. Attractions in Bruges include the Groeningemuseum, the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk, the Provinciaal Hof, the Kruispoort, the Archeological Museum, the Brugse Vrijheid, the Guido Gezelle Museum, the Diamond Museum, and the St. Salvators Cathedral. Bruges is also popular at festivals. It offers many musical cultural festivals and food festivals.

If you are in a city in the Belgian country, you will find plenty of shops selling chocolates. Likewise, there are plenty of shops in Bruges that deal exclusively with chocolates.
